About Dr. Ozturk
Dr. Efe Ozturk is a Foot and Ankle Surgeon and the physician behind Ozturk Foot & Ankle and its specialty practices, including the Limb Salvage Institute. A local to NJ graduating Lyndhurst High School, University of Southern California, and Barry University. Dr. Ozturk earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Barry University in Miami, then completed a three-year surgical residency in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery at Morristown Medical Center.
Dr. Ozturk is board certified in wound care as a Fellow of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing, and his practice spans general and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, foot and ankle trauma, diabetic foot care, wound care and conservative treatment. At the Institute, that experience is applied to healing foot and leg wounds and to the surgery that saves limbs: treating the wound and its cause together, explaining each step clearly, and operating when surgery is what will save the foot.
