• Don’t use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or information you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t send medical details, dates of birth, insurance numbers or other sensitive information through the website or by email.

Appointments and third-party services

Online booking is provided by Zocdoc, directions by Google and Apple, and the sports medicine video by YouTube. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A message sent through our contact form is a request to be contacted, not a confirmed appointment.

The text, design, graphics, diagrams and code of this website belong to Ozturk Foot & Ankle INC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Ozturk Foot & Ankle, Lower Extremity Nerve Institute, Center for Lower Extremity Surgery and their logos are trade names and marks of Ozturk Foot & Ankle INC. Team names and logos in our sports medicine section are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the organizations that Dr. Ozturk’s surgical mentors care for; no endorsement is implied.

We link to our specialty practices’ websites and to other organizations for convenience. We aren’t responsible for the content of websites we don’t operate.
